1. Eligibility
This Gift Card Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the state of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of STATCheck/Talent Pronto, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by STATCheck/Talent Pronto, LLC, located at 418 W Garden Street, Pensacola, FL 32502 ("Sponsor").
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 am CDT May 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm CDT May 12, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must complete the signup process at STATCheck.us] during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prizes
Five (5) winners will receive a $50 digital gift card of their choice to either Publix, Target or Scrubs and Beyond. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50. Two (2) winners will receive a $100 digital gift card to of their choice to either Publix, Target or Scrubs and Beyond. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email within one (1) business days after the drawings. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days of initial notification or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
